Bio-Tek’s extended Service program includes general repair service, as well as preventative maintenance, installation qualification and operational qualification performed at the customer site. On-site Training Programs are available to train users on proper product usage and maintenance and can be customized to any level or type of user.

Post Warranty Service Agreements including (annual) preventative maintenance and repair service are available for both Depot (Factory) and Field (on-site) Service.
